Please read thoroughly and understand the contents of this page and my pricing before you contact me about a commission.

- Loli/Child/Pedophilia
- Fetish Art
- Incest/Selfcest
- Any art piece requested to mimic or copy another artist’s style
- Anything I deem hateful/disrespectful/bigoted/racist/etc

I reserve final judgement on the subject and the ability to reject the commission, even if the reason is not listed here.

PAYMENTS

Payments are exclusively accepted through Paypal, of which I must receive an email or Paypal @ to send you the invoice. If this is not possible, please let me know before commissioning me via email (jynnandtonic@gmail.com) and we can discuss possibilities of alternate payment methods. 

As the commissioner, half of the total commission price (base price + additional add on costs) must be paid up front as a retainer fee and the second half upon completion. A heavily watermarked and low resolution preview of the commission will be sent to prove completion, and the full version sent upon receiving the second half of the fee.

Accepting the initial invoice and paying the first half of the commission also stipulates that you have read and agreed to all of these TOS, and are as such bound to them.

CHANGE POLICY

Small, reasonable changes to the initial sketch and basic flat colouring is fine, but shading or rendering will not be altered (unless otherwise stated). It is important that the client gets the piece they want, but do not use this policy to abuse the system. If I feel like the change policy is being taken advantage of, I may revoke the right to make further changes to the piece.

COMMUNICATION

Initial sketch, lineart and colouring will be sent to the commissioner for them to check and discuss. If any changes are made, they will be made and re-sent for approval. This may be done over email, or if previously discussed with the client over discord dms. (For more complex art, WIPs will be sent periodically.)
During the commission, I reserve the right to keep the line of communication open. Please discuss with me the best way to keep in contact before I start your commission. If email is not suitable, please provide a Discord that we can discuss your commission over. If I cannot get a hold of you after two weeks, the commission will be considered cancelled and I will keep the initial deposit (unless we have discussed a pause in communication/commission progress or you have alerted me you won't be available beforehand).

Additionally, I will now be updating my Trello board with the progress of certain works, which you can check to see your position in the commission queue and the current state of your commission. The Trello board link will both be sent to you during initial communication of the commission, and can be found in the dropdown under |COMMISSIONS| on this site's header.

TIME FRAME

Time frames vary depending on size, complexity and timing of the commission. I reserve the right to determine the initial time frame, and please respect that I have a life outside of commissions.
The time frame may be subject to change, but I will alert you of any large changes (ie, postponement of commission beyond a month of the original estimated deadline).
If you would like your commission done by a certain time, please commission me well before that deadline and let me know beforehand.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel the commission at any time you may, but if I have expressed that I have begun the commission I will keep the first half of the payment.

Note: Please feel free to request images of the current progress before you cancel! I will provide the completed work to you both as proof that the commission was actually under progress, and as compensation for the half-up-front payment. However, any images you receive as part of cancellation are still subject to the usage rights detailed below.

I may cancel the commission at any time, with initial funds refunded.

USAGE RIGHTS

- You are welcome to repost your commission wherever you’d like, so long as you credit me (@jynn_ and _tonic -twitter specific- or jynnandtonic just about everywhere else)
- You may NOT edit (drawing over, purposeful colour editing, malicious cropping, removal of signature, tracing) my work unless I have given you permission
- Sketches/WIPS/Released lineart/Preliminary art cannot be used as bases or traced over. They are included in the commission, and as such editing them also violates the editing rule
- I reserve the right to upload my work to any website where I am promoting myself. If you wish to keep your commission private, please notify me beforehand
- I hold full rights over any artwork I create. ALL PRODUCTS I CREATE MAY NOT BE SOLD WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM ME AND A COMMERCIAL RIGHTS PAYMENT
- My art absolutely CANNOT be resold in any form unless discussed beforehand. This includes the production or sale of my work as an NFT. I retain the rights to the work of art unless we discuss payment for them
- My art cannot be used to train any AI algorithms or artificial learning programs. It cannot be included knowingly into any databases that these programs use. I do not consent to my art being used by AI/training AI programs

MISC

I may also ask for further resources or note additional caveats not listed in these rules before or during the commission. I am open to discussing them, but please be respectful and understanding of them.

Finally, please be respectful and professional within our interactions. If I feel I have been treated truly unfairly or harassed, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
